By working with people in a meaningful and mutually respectful way, Jane Carlin (Managing Director) and Jo Francis (Director) wanted to change health care for the better.

 

With many years of nursing and hospital discharge experience, they believe that focusing on the person, not the condition would lead to the best possible health outcomes for each client.

At Your Health Navigator, Jane and Jo have established a holistic culture whereby employees are given time to understand clients’ social, emotional and physical needs.
